The work will be picking Spring Onions in Coventry. When job is finished people will be replaced to another farm or will have another work.
The pay is 6p a bunch and a good worker can gain an average between £60 and £80 a day. Of course, there's a guarantee of a the minimum wage of £5.81 an hour anyway. 8 hrs per day.
Basic accommodation is provided – usually for a costs 31,5-35 £ weekly. Deposit for accommodation is in the sum of 1 week rent, that is paid after arrival to the farm together with 1 week rent.
We prefere women, but hard working men are also OK.
We need people with some experience in agriculture, or production - it is hard work.
People must be motivated to work, must be hard workers.
If they will drink, or work slow they will be dismissed.
People will be picked up from Lincoln coach station.
